THE DIAMOND TOUR

The Tour starts at the National Motorcycle Museum (M42 J6)

Please arrive between 7:15 and 8:30am for signing on. The cafe will be open from 7:30am.

If you intend to bring your Mini to the start on a trailer please email us.

Trailers cannot be left at the museum during the day, we can offer an alternative upon email request.

All entrants take responsibility that their cars are roadworthy, are taxed and an MOT where necessary, and are insured to take part in this touring event.

HOTELS

There are many hotels near the Tour start venue. A discounted rate is available at the Meriden Manor hotel.

Simply quote Tulip Rally Tours when booking.

SHELSLEY WALSH MINI DAY

With all Hillclimb runs - only 1 passenger is allowed in the car

All drivers going up the Hill will have to sign-on and attend a driver's briefing.

Please drive according to the weather, track conditions, your car’s capabilities and your own driving ability.

Please take a look at YouTube to see what driving the Hillclimb is like.

Competition Type Hillclimb tickets are for minis currently prepared for motorsport or have a competition history.

In-date Helmets must be worn. In date harnesses and seats are not required.

Cars must not exceed a 105db noise limit

Drivers of these cars are expected to drive in a sporting, non-competitive way.

Tour cars making the Hillclimb are anticipated to drive up the Hill at a touring speed.

The Hillclimb course is managed by the Midland Automobile Club and will be fully marshalled.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the number of ascents up the hill each entrant will receive. Delays due to late arrival, weather conditions, car recovery from the hill etc. can all impact the timing and schedule.

CAMPING

Tickets are per car, per night.

No fires are allowed. Please respect the residents living close to the venue, no loud music after 11pm.

Toilets are available but there are no shower facilities.

It is planned to have a mobile fish and chip van visit on the Saturday evening and we aim to have the venue bar open (TBC).

DISABLED PARKING

If you require close access parking, please contact us by Email.
